The idea to include a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge in the suite was nice. The bed was very comfy with hypo-allergenic pillows.

The staff - some of them were not very good.

Comfortable beds, even if mine tended to slide toward the edge. The location had easy access off the interstate, so getting on the road was easy.

The hot water was temperamental, leaving showers lukewarm at best. The hot tub issues didn't help, especially after a long day's travel. The sluggish shower drain left me standing in water during my showers, not ideal. Extra waiting can really put a damper on things. And, I would have appreciated knowing about the hefty incidentals fee up front-just a simple heads-up would have been nice.

The heated pool was fantastic, and the hot tub was just what I needed after a long day. The only downside was a bit of noise from excited kids running around, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

The staff's hospitality is great. They went out of their way to provide complimentary snacks for our late-night arrival. The view of the golf course from our room was a good bonus! Don't miss the freshly made breakfast sandwiches!

Families will appreciate the warm staff

The breakfast ambassador Evie really made our mornings special with her welcoming smile and endless supply of hot, fresh food, especially the bacon my kids couldn't get enough of. Also, we had such a comfortable and spacious room, I felt like I could take on the world after a night's sleep on those great beds.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
